For over two decades, I coached introverts, ADHD women, and neurodivergent founders to reclaim their voice — while simultaneously managing talent, negotiating high-stakes deals, and building the execution systems that kept a high-achieving, neurodivergent young woman moving when everything else wanted to stall. I'm 2e ADHD, introvert, and non-conformist — and I built this architecture for my own brain first, because the voice was never the problem. The missing system was.
