Penny L. Sampson is a disruptor in a world that still tells women and marginalized voices to be quiet, agreeable, and easy to ignore. As the founder of CleverB™ Consultancy, she arms clients with the tools to communicate assertively, take up space, and dismantle the outdated power structures that thrive on silence.
The world isn’t changing fast enough. Disruption isn’t just necessary—it’s overdue. Women’s rights, LGBTQ+ voices, and marginalized communities are under attack. The ability to speak up, shut down dismissal, and command respect is no longer optional—it’s survival.
A wild child, art-loving, introverted non-conformist, Penny didn’t learn to own her voice in a classroom—she learned it in the trenches, navigating a society that punishes women for being “too much” while rewarding men for the same. But Penny wasn’t born introverted—she became introverted by design. The world taught her it wasn’t safe to be extroverted, to take up space, or to be seen. Over 20+ years, she’s studied the human condition, the mind, and the psychology of fear-based manipulation—and now, she’s flipping that knowledge into actionable strategy.
She also spent 10 years working closely with the music industry, as well as in design and branding, honing her ability to craft narratives, shape perceptions, and create messaging that cuts through the noise. That experience fuels her approach to communication—bold, strategic, and impossible to ignore.

More Than a Mission: A Legacy
Penny’s greatest lessons in leadership, resilience, and authenticity come from raising two strong, capable daughters—13 years apart in age but equally driven, talented, and accomplished.
Her eldest is a 5'3" powerhouse—an adventurous rock climber, boat owner, and HVAC professional based in British Columbia. A nature lover and natural mediator, she thrives in both high-stakes environments and peaceful escapes, balancing strength with deep empathy.
Her youngest is a world-class martial artist—a 2nd-degree black belt with 8 world titles, an actor and stunt performer who has written, choreographed, and produced five live-action fight performances. With a passion for nunchaku, katana, 3-section staff, and martial arts tricking, she dominates both stage and screen—all while maintaining honor roll status.
They couldn’t be more different, yet they both embody the strength, grit, and individuality that Penny fights to amplify in her work.
They’ve taught her that strength isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s unique, personal, and built with love, resilience, and a little bit of sass. Their influence fuels her mission: helping others, especially teen girls, women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and neurodivergent voices, claim their space in this world. Penny knows what it’s like to feel silenced or out of place—and she’s here to help you shift from just surviving to thriving.

She’s got an easy-going vibe, balancing intense focus with moments of calm. From the wild outdoors to the city streets, she’s living life on her own terms and taking every adventure head-on.
Eccaia is a whirlwind of talent and fire. A 2nd-degree black belt with 8 world titles, she's not just a martial artist—she's a stunt performer, choreographer, and a force to be reckoned with. She’s dominated stages and screens, from creating and performing in live-action fight scenes to appearing in two music videos and rocking a 15k-person crowd with the Barenaked Ladies. Whether it's with a katana, nunchaku, or 3-section staff, she’s unstoppable—honor roll student, world titleholder, and always ready to take on the next challenge.
